D&D Tomb of Annihilation Notes #5 – Travel & Random Encounters in Chult

The jungle expedition into Chult proper begins as the party hits the Soshenstar River towards Camp Vengeance. Proper equipment. Canoes. Travel paces, navigation rolls and random encounter rules. Fishing mechanics (you won’t believe what they caught). How long can a character swim? Should helpful NPCs affect XP awards? Best party size for ToA?
