A journey into the things we love: Podcast + blog! Get your geek on or discover your inner geek: games, video games, RPGs, comic books, movies, TV, books, oh so much more!
I had the unexpected pleasure of talking RPG games and their history with author Michael Witwer (Gary Gygax biography Empire of the Imagination) and actor Sam Witwer (Battlestar Galactica, Once Upon a Time, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Star Wars Rebels) over the weekend during a Google hangout with my friend Matt Barton of Matt Chat.
These guys truly love RPGs and have a long history with them. Great geekout session. Witwers join at the 19:35 mark.

This is a comprehensive how to / tutorial on creating a GURPS character recorded with veteran GURPS GM and Steve Jackson Games MIB program rep Tony Dutra. This tutorial uses the GURPS Fourth edition rules and is intended to be as exhaustive as possible and answer as many questions as possible that someone unfamiliar with GURPS may ask.
This video is was created by me for use with GURPS from Steve Jackson Games to help with GURPS character creation. This video is not “official” or endorsed by Steve Jackson Games.
Twitter user @harald387 sent me this link to Steve Jackson Games GURPS Character Assistant (he swears by it): GURPS Character Assistant
Make sure to keep an eye out for part 2, when we record live play of an introductory GURPS adventure to show how the basic rules work.

From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DC_Rebirth –
DC Rebirth is a 2016 relaunch by DC Comics of its entire line of ongoing monthly superhero comic books. Using the end of The New 52 initiative in May 2016 as its launching point, DC Rebirth is intended to restore the DC Universe to a form much like that prior to the “Flashpoint” storyline while still incorporating numerous elements of The New 52, including its continuity. It will also see many of its titles move to a twice-monthly release schedule, with all titles releasing at US$2.99.
