Apollo 18 (2011, Dimension Films) is interesting not so much as a found footage horror movie in space, but for a lot of the little details of what it was like to be on an Apollo mission to the moon, the little moments and slice of life details.

Not sure how authentic it is, but it feels authentic. Enjoy these images (screenshots)!
